I have 6 years experience in the bankruptcy field.. specialising in dealing with debtors petition cases...ie people who declare themselves bankrupt.
Due to go on maternity leave in 2 weeks but will still be on here a lot.0 -

4 years of compulsive gambling and now 1+ year of Recovery (not all succesful mind ....but a hell of a lot better than where i was!)

Great thread!! Firefly...while you may feel inferior note that DESPITE our education/jobs etc we're all in debt!!! My theory is the more you earn, the more secure you feel the more debt you accrue...When I had nowt I was barely in debt but now on a good salary &have loads!!
Anyway...experience - I work as an assistant manager in a local authority adoption team, am a qualified nursery nurse, used to work in insurance & finance (bizarre as I'm mathematically dyslexic hehe!) & have a degree in broadcasting film & journalism!! An eclectic mix!! Not sure what help I can be as a DFW but happy to advise on adoption matters & administer emaily hugs...am also expert (gold medal) at avoiding excercise & diets....oh yes like craft stuff & do scrapbooking as a hobby & just about to set up small business in addition to my job!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -
I have many years in the credit underwriting game... loans credit cards etc etc...
also a bit about curfew and probation orders (new job !) for any naughty people !0 -
