Yea thats got to kind of suck but I presume you saved any dealing charges? I prefer dividends in cash now though reinvestment is not a bad idea, I doubt we'll see them at 1.70 again
Next ex-div is mid march, not sure about results or news, etc
Just went to check the above and spotted this downgrade:Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS - news) downgraded European insurers ING , Standard Life (LSE: SL.L - news) and Aegon (Amsterdam: AGN.AS - news) to 'underweight' from 'equal weight,' and said the combined impact of equity market weakness, wide corporate bond spreads and tumbling interest rates is perilous for many insurers.

Anyhow they sunk quite a bit lower today, down 10%
A real loss of confidence compared to their recent performance, maybe they'll spring back tomorrow I dont know as I have lost any feel for their recent movements tbh

Weeell - call me madly optimistic (and don't laugh!:o ) but I'm hoping to see £3.50+, however I'm not in any rush and I am a complete have-no-knowledge amateur so don't laugh too loud!:D
How you doing?[0 -
How can they get to 3.50 when the market is falling 40% though, that would be impressive. Just staying 2.30 must mean they were previously undervalued. I think alot depends on their international sales growth and that impressive hedge strategy0
