  • :)Hi Everyone

Its Leanne From Belmont Tower here! Just thought I would register, then I can easily let you guys know all at once whats new etc.
Please check out the website for a video of the Craft Fair 5th December.
(cant post the web address here, you all know its belmontcraftfair.co though.
Those who were there, will remember that there were a couple of guys with cameras. Well it looks really well, and we are really chuffed with the way things are going. I will eventually contact all those people who send in their application forms... It just takes a weeeeee while. I will not be posting on here on a regular basis, just every now and then with bits of info and last minute crafters needed!!!!
Thanks guys, and well done to all of you for the excellent work and time you all put in to your crafts. See you soon.
Hmmm... Maybe I should have some kind of chat thread thing on the Craft Website???
  • Just watched the craft fair video - ITS FANTASTIC!!! I was so excited, all our crafts look fabulous, and the interviews are great, especially about the positive effect these types of events have on maintaining and developing the community which I feel very strongly about (Grr to Tescos and the post office closing...!). Thanks for the posting Leanne and welcome to our merry rabble!! By the way, can I come to February's fair? (TwoBagLadies - fair trade stuff!).
Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T

  • Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know the craft fair I am organising is def on for Saturday 27th March. I know some of you have pm me your address, but if you want to pm me your email I will email the form of to you today. The cost of the table is £15, free tea/coffee to table holders. Extra £5 for electric and please bring your own extension leads. You won't need heaters.

Free admission (which works very well as we know)
Face painting, Creche (free of charge up to one hour), bouncy castle. children's craft, mini facials, trying to organise nails.

So all in all it will be a good day. I have a meeting on Monday evening so will keep you all up to date. Time wise I thought 2-6 put if you think 12-6 is better please let me know, I am very open to suggestions.

I am restricting crafts as in no more than 2 of the same, that way it is fair to the customers and fair to the crafters who spend so much time making there products. So the tables will be allocated in first come basis, i.e who sends the cheque first:rotfl:.

My email is nicholaharley@hotmail.co.uk if you put in subject line craft fair then I know it is not junk.

    Thanks
    Jesus is alive!!!
