Will be writing out to you all this week with map, set up times etc, you have no idea how stressful and hard it is to organise a craft fair. All we normally have to do is turn up, though saying that it has been good fun. I have 15 people on a waiting list
so I have booked another fair on 17 June the weekend before the kids stop school (thought this would be good, as parents will be buying teacher pressies lol).

just wanted to let you all know i have done my first fair, yipppeeeee!!! i went to the Abanna one in bangor with my cupcakes, i was so nervous in case i didnt sell anything and there were other cake stalls and another cupcake stand who was right at the front door, but i sold everything apart from one which i enjoyed after my dinner. now i did tell all my friends and family to come and buy, but i am just so glad it wasnt a disater for me, so i am now looking forward to my next one, and i also got some enquiries about doing birthday cakes for people so im looking forward to doing those too!!!
also well done to Abanna the event was very well organised and all the volunteers worked hard all day to make sure we had plenty of tea and coffee all day long and a lovely lunch

The Craft Fair has been organised as a fundraiser for the charity and therefore your stall holder fee will be going towards our vital work with children in Uganda.
There will be good publicity in local press, shops, schools and churches, to ensure the success of this fair.
There will be complimentary tea/coffee and lunch provided for all stall holders. A 6ft by 2ft table and 2 chairs will also be provided but can be removed it not needed by the stall holder.
Set up is available from 8:30am on the Saturday morning.

Hi fi996, I decided against it for the time being as I think its expensive in comparison to other events. I would really need to find out more information about the event itself & feedback from other stallholders who have done it in previous years before I would commit to anything with a higher stall fee. I'm assuming this is a very large teddy bears picnic though as the most I have ever paid for one is before is £20.0 -
