What sort of embroidery machine do you have?
Mum and I are looking at some and to spend £5000.00 seems a little extreme!!

WOW......sorry noseying at your website!!!! LOL....thats fab!!
Mum had suggested personalised blankets:) I asked how and she said embrioder them.....(blooming sure im not spending my free time embroidering them by hand!!!! apart from the fact that I cant even take up a pair of britchers) She laughed and said we will get a machine and i started looking at brother ones on their website....rang mum and told her the prices....she said i suppose i may as well show you how to embroider then!!!!! I am applying for a GoForIt grant and am just about to embark on their course so i told mum that when the grant is through she can spend the money on whatever she likes (business related).....
My Garage is due to get plumed for heating in April then the joiners and plasteres will come as and when (family so its gonna be free, just on their terms).....and I have to sort out insurance now for selling from home!! I need public liability etc...
Mum is exceptionally crafty....and has loads of wee surprises up her sleeve!!
Lol.....while Dad was recovering from his Ops......she knitted chicks 40 of them!!! and dishcloths!!
Dad is really pleased that we have done so well that he said he would pay for half of the machine...(I think its because its keeping mum occupied and helping her not to worry about him or dwell on grannys death in November):jIm going to be frugal:j:DIm going to be frugal:D;)Im going to be frugal;)Beetlejuice Beetlejuice...................:rotfl:0 -

Lol Sinead we have been knitting dishcloths and chicks for Saturday
it will be battle of the chicks. Seriously though in April at the Craft show in the Kings Hall they will have loads of machines on display and showing what they all do, you and your mum should go just for a wee idea. I was amazed last year looking at them. I know what you mean re expense.
I def think you should go for it, its great to see you and your mum having a venture together, I wish you all the best of luck. Talk to me on Saturday as the managing director of Invest NI is at our Church and hopefully will be there on the Saturday (making coffee) he is so down to earth and he can help you ourJesus is alive!!!0 -
