Oh ladies.....and gents......

I have a bit of inside info on a fair that will be happening in August........

it involves.......VIKINGS......(free fun day for kids)

It will be in the summer.......and whoever done the winterwonderland fair in DPK........Its gonna be by the same people.....its at comittee stage as they need funds...but meetings are taking place, and honestly it sounds BRILLIANT!!!


Dad is doing really well......the community nurses are still calling out every day, and his operation last wednesday went really well so fingers crossed!!
Cannot wait for the fair on the 27th:)

was i at that lol i cant remember where i have been keep me posted.
oh and where have you been missy ill nee dyour help with signs for the fair im holding lol.

right went to local primary school and they are having a board meeting tonight so the principle will ring me hopefully tomorrow if its a yes or no if not will have to be the smaller hall but by th end of this week i hope to have somewhere booked woohoo

Keep me posted mumoffour. I didnt do the winterwonderland last year coz I was already booked for that day but I heard such brilliant reports about it I would definately be interested for this year

east down advertiser......it gets delivered to around 2000 homes in our area.....also the down recorder may do a piece on it:D
get the venue sorted, and we can go from there!!!!!!!
are you having entertainment there?
i have friends who can model balloons and face paint!!!!!

The fair looks like an outdoor fair.......although there may be some marques (spelling is useless!)........It is going to be a fundraising event and a family fun day!!
I know that coca cola and tayto have been approached and a fair few other "big names"


Belle you were at the winter wonderland............in downpatrick!! Rem? they had elves on mini bikes..........stilt walkers......santa......free mulled wine!!!! We all done exceptionally well at it!! They even had a free creche and face painting!!!

Mumoffour we can do outdoor events as have own Industrial Gazebo etc just like they have at City Hall at Christmas. For any of you who dont have a Gazebo Argos sell 3m x 3m pop up ones with 3 sides for about £90.00. They are light and easy to carry but if its a windy day you need lots of weights to hold down. Hoiwever they come with a yrs guarantee so if it breaks you can have it replaced. Maybe worth considering
