That'll mean it's not British Beef then. Shame.

If it was British Beef it would clearly say so.

When I looked at the packets in store yesterday I thought it said 'British Beef Joint' on the packet??
Isn't all Morrisons meat advertised as British as well?

    It says British Roasting Beef.

That is not necessarily true. There is no law that says british meat has to have those on it.

I realise that it would make sense to have them on, as you would get more sales. But in this case morrisons don't want more sales. They only have a certain number of these joints, and they know there is not enough of them to go round. So no need to have a tractor on them to encourage those that only buy british meat. The meat will sell anyway, and the slower it sells the more people it will encourage into it's stores.

My local had the joints on Thursday and Friday, but hasn't had any since.
