There is no Red tractor or any flag on the packs or the Quality standard mark which guartanees its reared in the uk & not just packed in the uk. It does however say produced in the uk ,so not 100% sure if reared here

It doesn't say, just says "British Roasting Beef".

I chopped up 4 today and they were superb, a little fat on the outside but non inside.

Try ASDA where it is actually slightly cheaper :)

They are selling lovely beef joints for just £4 per kilo (Morrisons would be £4.16/kg on the BOGOF)

Bought a 3.7kg one on Thursday and cut it up into 2 nice joints and diced the remainder to make a "steak" and mushroom in ale pie since it was cheaper than all the other beef available.

Morrison's meat is a lot better than Asda's. Asda often roll fat and gristle into the middle so the joint looks nice but you find this when you cut it.

Tesco joints are £4 a kilo and Sainsburys £8.49 a Kilo, hardly seems a bargain from Morrisons unless im missing something?

Bought joints from both and both were excellent, no fat or gristle
  • Popped into the Walthamstow branch and they had plenty there but no sign for BoGoF.
But i found the sign on another fridge which was full with joint of beef.

    to the OP
