Non-traffic shaping ISP wanted

I'm currently with O2, who are now throttling all P2P traffic at about 15kbps 24 hours a day for me. Can anyone recommend a good ISP that don't traffic shape (or have off-peak hours where you can download), and wouldn't require me to switch from BT line rental? I don't download a massive amount, and could happily live with a 30-40GB monthly limit.
I've had a look around, and Demon or ADSL24 seem like the best bet, but any thoughts from others would be greatly appreciated.

If Be is available, which it probably is since you have o2, I'd recommend them. Been with them a year now without problems, and I'm a heavy user. I'm on the value package, 8meg unlimited for £13.50 a month.
In the interests of full disclosure they are owned by o2, but operated separately as far as I'm aware.0 -
Thanks for the suggestions.
Unfortunately, Be wouldn't be an option for me, as my exchange isn't supported (as is true of most LLU-only suppliers). Plusnet looks like it's worth considering though - are they generally good to deal with, e.g. helpful?0 -
NewNet don't throttle as far as I'm aware and usage between 2.00-7.00am doesn't come out of your limit.

They're generally good to deal with but sometimes slow in answering tickets on their problem reporting system. Whenever I've phoned them they appear knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for the suggestions.

I would rate them above the other providers I have had to deal with on behalf of friends and clients eg BT, AOL, Talk Talk, Virgin Media, Tiscali.0 -

I'm assuming you are on O2 Access, as O2 do not traffic shape on any of their LLU packages. No free lunch, and no free laptop
