Hiya, sorry i haven't been online since yesterday (apart from with my phone) - tried safe mode with networking and it wouldn't let me connect to our home wireless network - just kept trying to connect and taking forever.

Just in the process of doing a full scan using the latest downloadable mbam prog, will post when done, thank you again for your patience and help

HI, i've just fixed that file in HJT - but when i tried to get on to the website provided it just said internet explorer cannot display this page...

is there another way round it?

Please run COMBOFIX

Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
