Rules are on forums to help members.
If users have to weed out drivel then it helps nobody.
I am sure that the majority of threads are first class - but there is an awful lot of repeated theads and pointless threads (like this one).
I am sorry that you and others think it is okay to post topics that are against the rules - but if we all stuck to the correct forums we would ALL benefit even more from true bargains - that is why we are here after all.
What I can't understand is, if you were aware the hampers were reduced online why you bothered to click on this link, and if this thread is/was pointless why you spend time coming back to it.
Looking at the time you have been a member and the number of posts you have made, a phrase comes to mind ; there are givers and there are takers.
Can you post a link please to one bargin you have added to this forum in the 2 years you have been a member ?
Now thats fine that you don't want to do the hunting for bargins and leave it to other people to keep the board ticking over but don't preach to me. If one person got a hamper online because of this thread isn't that good enough? It was 10 seconds of your life to read the title of the thread and move on, hardly any big deal, I see duplicate post all the time but thats fine, if I know of the deal I just move on. This post was not ment to be a duplicate post it was ment to alert people to go back to the original thread.
If I wanted for example a "hampster" accessory I probably wouldn't keep checking the hamster thread as it appears that no offers are out there, now if someone posted a quick thread to say accessories were available I would look and be happy that someone had posted.
I don't know why a few people have made such a deal about this, really I don't, if you hadn't the thread would have been way down the listings by now and the "drival" would have been gone.
Anyway, it sure made for good entertainment !0 -
Claire21 - with regards to you copying and pasting my info/text, i was mostly defending people in respect of others flaming various threads or users. If you care to read most of what i have posted, I have always defended people and stuck up for them when the thread got rather heated. On the odd occasion I have been overly truthful when it came to naff deals.
You also copied and posted some info from another user that i didn't even say, defamation of character comes to mind here.
I have therefore reported this matter to Admin.Envy is the most stupid of vices, for there is no single advantage to be gained from it.:A0 -
Oh for goodness' sake! claire21 has posted many valuable threads in grabbit and elsewhere, who not let her post this and stop criticising her? I for one found this thread useful ( and there are currently 55 thanks attached to the first post so I am not alone). I wish that there was a more tolerant attitude in this forum. Please let's not argue. claire21, thank you for posting this useful grabbitGet to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

What is the problem leona? are you even interested in M&S hampers? Why are you on this thread? if you're not then don't click on the thread, simple! I am interested and so I've clicked on it. This thread will be deleted due to comments getting out of hand and the Thread having nothing to do with hampers anymore.
Cheers Claire for the heads up, again!0 -

I think the facts speak for themselves. 57 users have said thanks to Claire (including myself), and only a couple are coming out with negative and rude comments.
Claire, you have saved me a fortune, PLEASE dont let people like this change anything you do!! x0 -
