Good to put a face to the name:rotfl::rotfl::beer:
Bit sad you had to travel from Wales to Devon for your xmas turkey don't you think??
Even sadder that I have to come back tomorrow to discuss the chocolate fountain I bought, I'm sure you can imagine my dismay at opening the box only to find an electrical kitchen appliance.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
Saddest bloke I dealt with after moving from Foods to help Customer service returns straight after xmas was the guy that brought back a rubber plant on the 27th-I could see him at the back of my queue and I was so trying to keep a straight face and control myself-He brought back a rubber plant missing the leaves-literally a stalk in a plant pot-I said How can I help you-what seems to be the problem-He said you know d*mn well what the problem is-you and everyone else in the queue has been sniggering at me and thinking me mad for bringing back a rubber plant who's leaves have fallen off!!0

It's all right for you to laugh but this is the second Christmas in a row totally ruined because of misleading and faulty products.
Last year I ordered a very expensive "Roasting Turkey" well you like to push the boat out a little at Christmas don't you, now this was no ordinary "Roasting Turkey" this was an M&S roasting turkey so I'm sure you will agree with my thinking that this was going to be just that little bit extra special.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Anyone know what 'farm assured' means on a turkey?
"Yes Madam, I am a farmer and I can assure you that this is a turkey"?"If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0
