Bit sad you had to travel from Wales to Devon for your xmas turkey don't you think??

Even sadder that I have to come back tomorrow to discuss the chocolate fountain I bought, I'm sure you can imagine my dismay at opening the box only to find an electrical kitchen appliance.

Saddest bloke I dealt with after moving from Foods to help Customer service returns straight after xmas was the guy that brought back a rubber plant on the 27th-I could see him at the back of my queue and I was so trying to keep a straight face and control myself-He brought back a rubber plant missing the leaves-literally a stalk in a plant pot-I said How can I help you-what seems to be the problem-He said you know d*mn well what the problem is-you and everyone else in the queue has been sniggering at me and thinking me mad for bringing back a rubber plant who's leaves have fallen off!!

I bet it wasn't even made of rubber either.

It's all right for you to laugh but this is the second Christmas in a row totally ruined because of misleading and faulty products.
Last year I ordered a very expensive "Roasting Turkey" well you like to push the boat out a little at Christmas don't you, now this was no ordinary "Roasting Turkey" this was an M&S roasting turkey so I'm sure you will agree with my thinking that this was going to be just that little bit extra special.
No, No, you misread the instructions. This is a M&S Turkey prepared for a good "roasting", you cannot possibly expect M&S to supply the Football Team as well. ;)

Anyone know what 'farm assured' means on a turkey?

"Yes Madam, I am a farmer and I can assure you that this is a turkey"?
