Congrats to everyone on some amazing wins this year.

I only came back to comping again during the summer but my best wins are:

- Terry Pratchett book launch and signed football shirt
- Weekend at City Inn Leeds (won last week)!
- Nintendo DS Lite (won last week)

Snackajacks (lots and lots of wins from the 'must have' comp earlier this year, totalling £1075 in prepaid maestro cards - used these to pay towards a holiday)

I've won lots of other smaller prizes, including a total of around £1k cash, cinema tix, west end show tix,mobile phone and lots of beauty products which I'm thrilled about considering I work full time and am also studying part time (so don't have a load of spare time for comping)

Wow haven't we had some amazing wins?

Mine is easily the £10k Debenhams vouchers which we used to furbish our bungalow that we renovated. Otherwise we would be sitting in an empty home! It paid for all the kitchen appliances, bedroom furniture, amazingly comfy bed, sofa, new HD TVs for all the rooms, Blue Ray & surround sound system plus tons of other stuff for the bungalow. It was amazing being able to buy really good quality items without worrying about the price Don't expect I'll ever have that again lol but gosh it was amazing. Only thing is I have a taste for it now

My top three of 2009 have been: (so far; I reckon there's still time to win a holiday/weekend/night somewhere lovely to complete my 2009 wishlist )

A gorgeous Welsh blanket which lives at the bottom of my bed and keeps my toes warm. I'd never have bought it for myself - it cost silly money - that's what comping's about for me.

My fabulous Sony Cybershot camera which arrived as a total surprise. It's something I'd been wanting for a while but was determined to win. It really is a terrific camera too!

My Robot Chicken T-shirt which draws admiring glances from all who see it. Well, okay, maybe I don't interpret the looks correctly but I think it's a brilliant T-shirt.

Some amazing wins - I only started back comping again in July after a bad end to 2008 and start to 2009 plus planning a wedding, now I am wishing I had never gone away!

My best win was £200 from Talk Sport and probably the next best was £100 town and country market vouchers - we used some of them at the weekend to buy all the food for Christmas Dinner this year and still have some left over, they don't expire til 31 Dec 2010 so we will probably save them for next years Christmas meat!

I cherish every win as if it was a million £, its not so much the value of what you win, but every red card that comes through the door, every parcel, every letter, every email and phone call is celebrated like I have won the lottery! Its what keeps me going.

EDIT - Also meant to say that this win means very much to me - me and OH got married in the summer and this has come as an early Xmas pressie for him for our first christmas as Mr & Mrs:

I've had some great wins this year but my 3 faves are:

1. Dell PC worth £800 which I gave my parents coz they were using my old banger Acer laptop which would die if the battery was attached :rolleyes:
2. Tickets to F1 British Grand Prix coz my boyfriend is a big fan. We had a great weekend there.
3. Tickets to see Pink at MEN Arena with meal at Hard Rock Cafe & VIP Bar.... absolutely LOVE Pink - amazing show :D:D
