It looks very nice, and I should it will be great once we can get it to work, I see you have a manual and also cd, have you looked in the manual etc. does it mention formatting and what about the cd?

There was no cd provided and the manual is a bit basic

thanks everyone. i being my useless self just pressed every button and got into a menu and changed the setting from encrypted to normal and for some reason now it is letting me transfer music

can you use the dos format command to do it ??

"start" then "run" then "CMD" then click ok

type Format f: (or wherever it shows up where you plug it in )

no they sent it as a "gift" the player cost me £51 including postal insurance and it arrived in 2 weeks.
