My sister lives in Windermere, and we go to visit quite a lot.
Vinegar Jones is definitely the nicest chippy in Bowness!
There is a pub in Grassmere, I can't remember what it's called. Think it's called the Lamb Inn. They do lovely food and not very expensive either.0 -
