T mobile help

OH has £25 pm t mobile contract was convinced to also take dongle ,he was told this would add £6 to his monthly bill ,they have just taken £182.95 !!:mad::mad: the call centre said it has been activated and used but its still in its blister pack and the sim is still sealed .
does anyone have a uk number for them all we can get is a foreign call centre who say they will pass on the details to the fraud dept but it may take 28 days .

    From a UK landline - call 0845 412 5000 (charged at local toll rates)

    If you can, take all relevant paperwork into a T mobile shop and ask manager to witness the packaging is unopened, this should help you to prove your case further down the line.
