Re-wording the question because i ranted a bit in the original post
Has anyone ever got a phone from the link? They're telling me with T-mobile you do not get a cooling off period, and i've just found the contract they gave me on t-mobile ( £50 flext tariff) for £30 with orange! So obviously i'd like to send this back!
Any thoughts?
Manager of the link said if i take the contract out i cannot take it back at any point like you normally can.

It is not link not letting you it is T-Mobile they think their network coverage is so good now that you don't need 14 days to test it (it is their arugement of why they had it in the first place.) But you could argue you are signing up to a credit agreement hence can cancel cause of that. But no one to my knowledge has taken it to court to try it.0

but i also got a t-mobile contract online and there's a 7 day cooling off period i'm using to send that one back. Just that the link themselves advised that they do not offer a cooling off period with t-mobile! Slimey salesman i should have known better!
