What is the Most Rock-Bottom Cheap Pay as You Go Provider?

Depends what you want from your tariff. If you make hardly any calls or send very few texts, you want a tariff which you can top up and the credit will not expire. If you make few calls but text a lot there are tariffs that cater for this, and vice versa.
Bottom line is there is no cheapest cover-all provider, it depends what you want.0 -
I agree....all depends on usage
me? been with asda for a while now 8p per call 4p per text.....We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
as above.
tesco lite as well as asda - 8p a call 4p text. for some reason my wife activated her tesco lite sim with ten pounds, she got a ten pound bonus and this bonus is lasting indefinitely (as opposed to just a month, as they usually state)....don´t know if that is usual but overall it´s making the calls cheaper!0
