Ive had a basic tec out and a guy to do it but they cant cos of where i live plus overlaps bills job getting canceled and i get the blaim but its their fault lol..
because ive not paid cos i havnt had any services this has been going on for 3 months! spoken to complaints just not getting anywhere relistical..
They owe me about £150 in call charges & £45 in unused services which i am finding very hard to claim back.. any ideas i am currently waiting again for a manager on the complaints to call me. i would be so interested in a email address i could use directly for the attention of one of their managing directors.
or any other adive would be excellent.

Did you owe VM money before you lost your service? If you did, then I can understand VM's position, your post does indicate you did/do.
It cost's an average of between £500 up to £2000+ to repull a drop cable in manhours & materials depending on the size of the job.0
