Hi all.

My services have been off since September 19TH, its all down to a fault in the line outside and needs to be reput.

Ive had a basic tec out and a guy to do it but they cant cos of where i live plus overlaps bills job getting canceled and i get the blaim but its their fault lol..
because ive not paid cos i havnt had any services this has been going on for 3 months! spoken to complaints just not getting anywhere relistical..

They owe me about £150 in call charges & £45 in unused services which i am finding very hard to claim back.. any ideas i am currently waiting again for a manager on the complaints to call me. i would be so interested in a email address i could use directly for the attention of one of their managing directors.

Did you owe VM money before you lost your service? If you did, then I can understand VM's position, your post does indicate you did/do.
It cost's an average of between £500 up to £2000+ to repull a drop cable in manhours & materials depending on the size of the job.
