I have had nothing but problems with Sky - the latest is that I was sent an outstanding account for £4.50 - which was actually a billing mistake on their part and I called them on 4 December they said they would waive it. Yesterday I received a bill and said if I did not pay this they would suspend my services! This morning I have had to relay my story to 8 different people only to be given a new number to call and as we speak I have been on hold now for 32 minutes!!!!
Previously they cut off my phone, admittedly I was late in paying but they cut off my phone the day I paid it and took 4 weeks to re-instate it and still had they cheek to charge me my monthly line rental!
There just seems to be one thing after another and their customer services are a joke. Does anyone have any info on who I can contact to complain or an email address I can write a letter to.
 Thanks

PS I have looked on sky website but can only find an address to write to but would prefer email or phone number. Ta

    Try the chief Exec jeremy.darroch@bskyb.com
  • I hate to say it, but the call charges for ringing Sky will now cost you more than 4.50!
    Oh what's the bloody point...?

    How are SKY being cheeky?
You didn't pay your bill = they cut you off.

I find SKY are very good when you pay the due balance correctly.

doesnt go to the MD: only goes to the complaints department.
I'd love to get a proper one direct to the MD: anyone?
  • I totally feel for you.. I've spent 98 mins on the phone to them this morning trying to arrange a home move, however this issue of noone being able to figure out the problem has been going on for about 2 weeks!!!

After being transfered between department to department they finally worked out that because the new property doesn't have a bt line they want £125 to install one.

I said cheers but i think i'll go to virgin, and they got so agressive telling me that i'm an idiot if i don't mind paying more for a shoddy service!!!

I honestly couldn't believe it, they also are charging me 31days worth of sky to cancel. that really got to me because if they'd told me about the 125£ fee two weeks ago when the ball started rolling i would have cancelled then!

Basically i'm never going to use sky again, virgin are going to have to be proper !!!! to compare with the bleak customer services you get from sky!

I find sky shockingly bad when you try to make any changes to your service which are not upgrades
