Did the retailer actually go bust?
If not and they just ceased trading then you may still have a claim if you can find out who owned the store dependent on the type of ownership.0 -
It was a family department type store and they no longer exist in anyway shape or form unfortunately.0

Yes but if they didnt go bust or liquidate then you can still expect the SOGA to apply.0
