morals? where were the morals when banks screwed customers 35 a time for overdrafts that they authorised but called them unauthorised. Where are the morals of the supreme court who scuppered their big chance to show justice meant something but unfairly protected the banks against excessive charges This is our last big court to look at injustices. My opinion has changed and I am all for people looking for loopholes do you honestly think lenders are our pals? Just take a look at their ppi.... so get off your moral highness keep your judgement to yourself and answer queries or not. This country lost its morals years ago when we lost our country to greedy lenders, greedy mps, greedy lawyers ect ect. Let me tell you this... HONESTY does not pay and neither does MORALS0

The amount of these companies you see advetising on TV now is unbelievable. It basically just invites people to send off their agreements whether there is something wrong with them are not and as they call themselves solicitors people beleive the garbage they tell them. It really needs stopping for protection of consumers aswell as the credit companies.
The problem is those people who really have been screwed over with their agreements who are struggling through no fault of their own are all been classed as wriggling out of paying which is wrong.
Everyone has the right to have credit produced under a legitimate agreement which is set out exactly as per the Consumer Credit Act requests.
That been said those who are just looking for a way out of paying and use the companies do really deserve what they get. As said it is just unfortunate the genuine consumers who have been done by credit companies are all been thrown in the same boat.0
