I am sure that there is a gap in the legal market where you could hire solicitors to sue solicitors for failure to do something or another.
You can always hire a second firm to sue the first firm for a failure to pursue the original firm for an adverse outcome based on the first firm being generally clueless and ineffective in pursuing the original firm for their deficiencies in handling the case of the original dispute.
I do not think that suing solicitors is a productive route. They know how to wriggle.

i dont know why people are giving you a hard time for trying to find a way out of paying your loan back given the disgusting disgraceful theft that the banks have done on many of us albeit now legalised theft at the say of the stupreme court... personally if you have any evidence that your solisitors mis led you then complain in house before going to a complaints commision against your lawyers

Can you translate that from "Gibberish" into "English".

    Thanks.

Simple. I expected sensible 'financial' advice, not moral judgements from middle-aged prats with nothing better to do with their boring lives once Coronation Street has finished.

If you think me morally wrong in what I've done, fine - I fully understand and accept the consequences, but PLEASE do not think the banks deserve any level of sympathy. Stop looking at the smoke people and look for the fire, what you see and hear on the TV is perhaps not the whole truth! At least do some investigation and develop yourselves an informed opinion to advise others from.

    Goodbye.

If you post on a forum you are going to get views that match yours, and those that don't. I learnt that a long time ago. If you say that cats have for legs - there will always be those who say they have 5!!!

As for your initial post. I think, if what you say is correct, then they acted wrongly. I had all my pre 1996 cards and loans paid off. 40k in total. The only one I had a problem with was with a judge who went on 'morals' rather than the law. Judgement went against me and I had to appeal on the basis that law had not been applied. I did this all by myself. The only time I got legal advice was when I paid a barrister on a Direct Access basis. He ripped through the other sides argument and the judgement was overturned. So it cost me about 1.5k to write off over 40k of debt.

Now I know there will be those who believe this is morally wrong. Do I care? No, is the simple answer. Do the bankers who took large bonuses and brought our banks to their knees care. No. So why should I be any different. It saved me re-mortgaging one of my houses. I have no debts and a small mortgage.

So I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. But 2 fingers up to the banks out there who lost out to my money. Incidentally the same banks who caused me to stop trading with cash flow issues in the early 90's. Anyway back Self Employed again, with lots of collateral and no loans or cards. The only cards I have are paid off each month.

No you see you misread my signature. It does not say I speak lots of crap. You really should have concentrated more in your lessons at school.

As for being able to cope. Very nicely thank you. The same banks hit my pension fund quite badly - so it wasn't all sweet smelling roses. As for being a bottom feeder, please keep your own sexual feelings to yourself!!!;)

You,ll be saying the banks love you now and are lining up offering you credit..Sorry M8 your still a bottom feeder because you renege on your debts. You borrowed the money and should pay it back.

Thruth is more like your a saddo ,living on your own surrounded by cheat tat that you bought from bid-up TV:D

The way banks behave is a total Red Herring, if you had paid back the initial loans etc and NOT paid extra interest you may have got some sympathy but you didnt.

You see you are Scum, you cheated and will always be scum it wont wash off ever.....

Your just like every other CHAV wannabee on here who tries to get off without paying back.......... :D

    Oh and Merry Christmas :rotfl::beer:

Okay now we know that you have been on the ale too. And by the sounds of it a lot earlier than me. Maybe the banks don't like me. I don't really care. Fortunately I no longer need their assistance. I am not Scum and never cheated. The banks lent the money unlawfully. They did not have a clue in relation to CCA's. That is their tough luck.

Now I must go. The butler is shouting and I have 3 children waiting for Father Xmas. Oh okay - incase you can't take a joke I haven't got a butler.

Happy Christmas.........and don't forget to close your bedsit window. It is quite cold tonight!!;)

I've got a really novel solution though: why not pay what you owe?

Decency went out of the door when Zanu Labour took power in 1997.

Now chavs, the dishonest and the fec kless rule.

Hopefully this state of affairs will come to an end on June 3, 2010 (or earlier).
