Again, do you actually READ posts??

If I read them thoroughly I presumably wouldn't have understood that he was the owner of the garden, drive way and garage.

where does the title say or she say she owns the garden?

    I refer you to

but I get your point, you are defending her unequivocally, and it is her post so why should you not, in the first instance.

Maybe if she doesn't like the sight of his pants, then she should have purchased the garden, or she should purchase some blinds.

Shes got him to stop parking in his drive, let the poor sod hang his washing out...

If it was me If your husband goes off to work early 5:30am I would go banging on his door every morning asking nicely to move the car so he can get out, I am sure that would have an effect.

  • pay some local yobs to nick his car, when he buys a new car get them to nick that, keep repeating, sooner or later he will stop buying cars or he will park somewhere else:D:D

Duncan303 if you had read the thread from the start she clearly says they both have their own gardens with their own washing lines but he preferred to use hers as it was a full line and not a rotary one.

"He has his own garden and own rotary washing line! He only wants to use mine because I have a long rope one, if he wants one he should erect his own he has plenty of space to do so. I dont have a garage its only his garage at the end of the driveway We spoke to the previous owner yesterday and he never used to do this to him so looks like its just us he's taken a dislike to! And the place he parks only really blocks access to our garden and his. The person who lives below him can access their garden through their lower level property so they dont usually use their gate."

How much clearer do you want her to make who owns the garden. There are a number of gardens, each owner owning their own garden.

Next time you can't get out ring the police get them to knock and ask him to move it
Must be very stressful for you to live this way
Big virtual hug coming your way
"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.
  • Right to clear this up... the garden is mine! If I want a gate on it with a lock I am entitled to do so... the lock is now for several reasons as well as those stated. My OH keeps some of his work things such as ladders, scaffolding etc in there when he is not using them and for obvious reasons it needs to be locked as we don't want some little chav stealing them. Our garden furniture was nicked within 2 weeks of it being put in there before the gate was installed!

The deed I have posted are HIS deeds not mine.

I have no desire to acknowledge him in anyway, but I say hello to the person who lives with him who is actually quite nice.

And to be quite honest his driving is shocking, how long til he manages to run someone over while reversing? I think everyone comes to a point were they need to accept they are no longer able/safe to drive. My grandad did and the rest of us road users are much safer. He wasnt even hitting other cars and stationary objects he just knew he shouldnt be on the road any more! I have no desire to make his life more difficult so reporting him would be a last resort and not because he is parking in front of my door it would be because of endangering other road users.
