environfone rip off

had two mobiles which i wanted to recycle both samsungs one a touch screen genio which is a newish model the second just a normal mobile got in touch with environfone got one of their bags duly filled it in correct details etc sent it off checked their website it showed reciept of one phone not the samsung genio i had payment for one phone no problem have still not had payment for my second phone nor is their website showing that they have recieved it they then sent me a email a gentle reminder to send them my genio phone which they have already got. I have been in touch with them and they have promised to check but they have had both phones since the 13th of november. This is not a company to do business with i will never use them again :mad:

i have sent 3 separate batches of phones to these people and my friends have all used and had no issues.

I sent two n73 as well

I have used them several occasions and had no problems, but as with any company problems can arise.
Did you send them both off in the same envelope and get proof of posting? Have you spoken to the company?
