Uswitch stalling me?

i switched with u switch using the link from this website.
It gave me a couple of error messages but i got the confirmation email from uswitch. It has all switched over but they have sent me the wrong voucher.
The one they sent was the standard one where you need to spend £40 to get money off.
I called them and they said i hadn't used the link from this site. I explained i had and told them about the error messages, they said they would look into it and call me back. They never did.
I called again a couple weeks later and explained it all again. They went off for a while to check with a manager then they said they would send me the correct voucher but they neede to wait for more codes so it would be february (i switched in october) i asked them to email me to confirm this and they said they would but i havent had anything.

Has anyone else been told theeir voucher will come in Feb?

They seem to be stalling me and hoping i forget about it. It seems odd to have to wait 4 months for my voucher.

    There's a sticky thread above dealing with any issues about obtaining the uSwitch voucher (through the MSE link). Have a read through it - there's lots of good advice and what to do if you still think an error has been made. :)

    I’m very sorry that you think we’re trying to stall you as this certainly is not the case; the terms and conditions of the free wine offer (which can be found at http://www.uswitch.com/gas-electricity/landingpages/free-wine-offer-ts-and-cs/#ts&cs/) do state that it will take up to four months from the date you switch for you to receive your voucher simply due to the fact that it takes a long time for the switch to go through and to them be confirmed to us by the supplier. However, it sounds like we haven’t communicated very well with you and I would like to address that. I would appreciate it if you could email me with your name, postcode and any details you remember about when you have contacted us and who you may have spoken to.
