BT Mobile have the Samsung D500 on BT200+ (200mins xnet +50 SMS) for £14.99 for the first 6 months. This is direct billing and not a cashback!! Hope its of use to someone!!

I am due for an upgrade on my O2 contract, was actually due in December. O2 said that I'd need to pay around £100 for the phone (Samsung D500) but they could offset this by letting me have 3 months free line rental on their 200 mins anytime plan. I Registered my interest in the D500 and said i'd wait until they had some. The availability date has been put back repeatedly on this phone since then so I looked around and found this deal with BT Mobile.

I called O2 and told them of this deal and that I would probably take it if they could not offer similar value in a package. They then told me that they would give me the phone for free, double the talk time and text for the first 6 months, give me 1 month free line rental as a good will gesture on top of the 3 months free already offered. How could I refuse?!

Just waiting for the phone to come into stock - aargh!

Glad it helped someone!!! BT had them in stock for about 2 days last week but gone again. Its also the unbranded phone so no messing around of the firmware by Orange, Vodafone etc etc
