(cutting long story short)
was due upgrade on the 10th, couldnt upgrade online so called up
was told that i could only get £160 off a off as I had a 12 month contract or get £200 off if i upgrade to an 18 or 24 month contract or up my monthly spend. So I said fine, I will think about it and call back
Called back and told I cant get anything and explained what the first advisor told me and then they changed their mind to saying that they can give me £160 regardless of whether I change or stay on the same contract or not, i then asked what happened to the £200, they said that I was misinformed
So i then decided to up my contract and get the bb 8900 for free and was told it will be delivered today
no phone today, called up, told tomorrow, i said fine
i then called up regarding another line and was told phone was delivered today but it wasnt, we the argued for about 15 mins, was referred to someone else who then said it was delivered then all of a sudden it changed to 'oh sorry it will be delivered tomorrow'
Then i told the woman that i looked into the phone online and it says online and it says i need a bb booster but the man on the phone said the internet was all i needed and it was free. She then said that it was policy to inform customers of the BB booster with every single blackberry sold but he didnt do it
So she basically said oh well, u still have to pay it
So does anyone know how I complain because I feel that the way I have been treated is disgusting and the woman on the phone said that I can only complain by post but surely they must have an email address or telephone number?

You can submit a complaint to T-Mobile complaints department, but i would seriously consider cancelling the upgrade as you were misinformed that your contract would be suitable for the BB, as this is not the case the phone ordered as advised by the customer service agent will not be able to be fully utilised unless you pay for the BB booster. What if I don't like the phone I upgrade to?
If you order your upgrade direct from Customer Services, you have seven days to decide if it's suitable for you. Full details are included with the delivery of your phone. See more Terms and conditions >
obviously, is isn't suitable

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
I'll definately be cancelling the upgrade, i have just come off the phone with someone else who said to refuse the delivery as it will be quicker than accepting the delivery and waiting for a bag to return the phone so I shall be doing that
I am so so annoyed as this is infuriating, I might as well just go to o2'Sometimes you just need to keep your mouth shut':j0
