MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. The Sainsbury's i work in you don't enter your pin for refunds they go through as EFT's so you sign for them.
A refund on cashback would be simple, customer service can put it through the till easily. (Card holder would need to be present)
I don't see why they would refund you in nectar points as nectar points isn't cash. Refunds are supposed to be done in the way they were paid for.0 -
