    It might be nice to get the header changed to reflect this; sort of, " - RESOLVED" so everyone knows. Just a thought.

  • The Sainsbury's i work in you don't enter your pin for refunds they go through as EFT's so you sign for them.

    A refund on cashback would be simple, customer service can put it through the till easily. (Card holder would need to be present)

    I don't see why they would refund you in nectar points as nectar points isn't cash. Refunds are supposed to be done in the way they were paid for.

    The card holder lived miles away and couldn't get back.
