    thats all very well regarding getting an item checked out but at the end of the day they have sold me a tool which has broken in less than a month.....meanwhile im left with no sander for my work and am unable to make a decision about wheter to buy a new one while the powers that be decide on wheter to replace /repair or refund.

    i just think its crap service.

    If it is an essential tool of your trade you should have a back-up. Looks like a pack of sandpaper for now.
