    It was not her choice though, she had a list of allergies that was longer than both my arms. (though I agree that for those that it is a choice it is a silly one in my opinion)

    45 minute wait for the loo is a bit excessive. I like to shop locally but lack of toilet facilities can be a problem. I have a 20 minute walk to the shops adn not one of the shops has loos you can use. Years ago the former Kwik Save shop would let children use their staff toilet if no area manager about but now if I need the loo while shopping I have to walk home again, hoping I don't meet anyone who wants to chat. I also found this tricky when DD was little.

    Ah, sorry - I took veganism to mean a diet by choice rather than a diet which best fits someone's allergies. In that case it's different, though I suppose a restauranteur would say that they can sell what they like rather than having any obligations as they do with physical access. A restaurant that respects diners and values its customers should try to accommodate; but how often does that happen?
