I've just signed-up for this as I will be without broadband for a few weeks while I switch suppliers (Cable to ADSL).
The sign-up was easy and instant and I was able to use the account (freephone access) straight away.
The online control panel has everything from your details, billing details (credit card or direct debit), amount of time online, cancel account (30 days notice) ... etc.
Highly recommended if you require dial-up for any reason
