I have recently upgraded to skyHD and maybe should have asked for a deal on Sky Sports at the time, but forgot.
I have just received an offer in the post for Sky Movies for a fiver a month for two months, but really only want Sky Sports.
Anyone know of any offers?
Ta in advance

Don't know of any offers but why don't you try calling them reference movies offer and ask if they can do it on sports instead?MFW 2025 #50: £1139.75/£600007/03/25: Mortgage: £67,000.00

Called Sky ........... tried the 'I've HAD a Christmas Movies offer through the post' and wished to take up the offer and .................. NOTHING!
No matter how hard the Sky operator tried, he just could not add it to my account!
All he could add was a joint Sports/Movies pack - but no Movies on their own!
Seems these 'Offer Letters' are linked to your account in some way? - After a short time trying (at MY expense on the phone bill) he started to ask questions as to the wording of the offer letter - when it was received, what the phone number was to call etc ......... - he even ended up getting a colleague involved - but NO JOY!:o
30 Minutes later I gave up - said if it could not be added - I'd leave it and to be honest he was not that bothered - So I did not get half price movies this time round!!!:(
I know this is quite obvious - but I guess the guys at Sky also read these posts - and they've cottoned on to this little ploy to get movies over crimbo :lipsrseal
Still worth a try I guess ............ but I think they are now wise to this ploy!:eek:0 -
they offer £5 credit (£10 for Sports and ESPN) if u upgrade via the box or at sky.com/mysports
Maybe order, get your credit then cancel after 1 month. Then do the previous instructions again,,,,, long winded but the only offer I can see at the mo.
