PROPEERTY HAS risen 6 months in a row & is set to rise by 7% next year!!!
House prices have risen for the 6th month in a row - and look set to rise in London by a whopping 7% next year!

    Ahhh, the property magic 8 ball, which only ever says "Property likely to rise". It predicted the same in 2007.

    I'm not sure that the people who say that can, in all honesty, be referred to as "experts"

    "people who like to talk about stuff " is probably a better description.

    And they were right. Property reached its peak towards the end of 2007!
