I managed a novella. It sold for less than two dollars a pop and frankly by the time I got my cut I could have made more selling the Big Issue outside Tescos.Retail is the only therapy that works0 -

Why are asking prices falling if sentiment (backed up by seeing 'sold' prices go up) is increasing ? Can it all be explained by current sellers trying to sell before xmas or the stamp duty rise ?0

i doubt before xmas as selling prices have been increasing. i guess there has been a bit of urgency to get the cheaper sales through before the stamp duty holiday ends.
saving £1,750 on your property purchase probably won't be stopping many people buying in 2010?0 -
