Aaw bless his cotton socks!
Pickled, so glad to see you. I hoped you'd be back.
Graham is almost impossible to upset. He is enormously good natured.
And fortunately not even a tiny bit sensitive.

How are your cotton socks?
Why, thank you, Wageslave!;) My cotton socks are fine thank you.
You're right, I can see that Graham is very tranquil, and I can only put that down to the fact he lives in Devon and possibly eats lots of sleep-inducing clotted cream teas polished off by a few glasses of Scrumpy each night.
Though I wonder if he responds with vigour when prodded with a pointy stick, and reminded that he won't be able to afford to buy Devon and Cornwall out next year?:money:0 -

Umm actually I think he bought a house earlier this year, the pointy stick was actually a pregnant partner.
Children have a way of concentrating the mind.
I can't see him doing scrumpy, I suspect he is more a closet chardonnay fan.
You may have noticed I dont have a signature (it's a sore point and one I wont dwell on).
Would you be offended if I used something of yours as a replacement? I am a huge fan:oRetail is the only therapy that works0 -

Oh, so he was forced to buy????! :money: I bet THAT hurt!:p
You're right, I don't think he's the Scrumpy type, but neither do I think he's a chardonnay fan - he probably goes for a Sauvignon Blanc now. In just the same way Liebfraumilch lovers progressed to Muscadet in the early 90s.
I'd love to know what your sore point is with your signature; you didn't have the Board Police come along and investigate you after a compalint from a disgruntled member did you> There's a lot of wannabe council officials and wardens lurking on this site, ready to haul someone in.
And you're more than welcome to use something of mine as a signature! :kisses:0 -
LOL, what's wth guessing what I drink?
I'll drink any of that lot. All have alcohol in

I think it was more LIR than me. she is continually offending people. Frankly, she lacks tact.pickledpink wrote: »I'd love to know what your sore point is with your signature; you didn't have the Board Police come along and investigate you after a compalint from a disgruntled member did you> There's a lot of wannabe council officials and wardens lurking on this site, ready to haul someone in.And you're more than welcome to use something of mine as a signature! :kisses:
Thank you. I will look through your posts (yet again:o) and find something I feel does you justice:jRetail is the only therapy that works0 -

that's not paying fair Hamish, this will just confuse the frothers that look at Property Bee and then say that house prices are falling... :rolleyes:HAMISH_MCTAVISH wrote: »Actually......

I'm not sure what you are trying to prove here Hamish.
I said that asking prices were not very different from valuations.
However, if you look at rightmove using property bee, you will see that asking prices are falling
Do you have that graph for Aberdeen? That would be interesting.
