What operating systems do you have installed on laptop as you never stated. Confused now...
Try pinging each machine.
Also be good to disable simple file sharing. (Providing its windows)0 -

But to ping. Windows + R> CMD once the dialog box open type.> Ping 192.168.0.2

and to find that out, the OP should run ipconfig in the command prompt by opening the start menu and typing command into the search box to open the command prompt.
the line you are looking for should beIP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
(x is a variable number, eg 192.168.1.1)
and you can find that under the Local Area Connection or Wireless network connection header of the output.0 -
Also make sure. Network discovery and file sharing is turned on.0
