why not just tell them the truth? that you have had the vouchers and binned them?

Agree, but I would explain I had binned them without realising what they were for.

Because they obviously didn't realise the points had already been taken for the vouchers. They wanted to save up the points on their card like you do with just about any other points scheme.

Ah well there you go then. Like others have said, they can track whether they have been used so they should be able to re issue some of them. If you don't ask you don't get!
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o
  • I think in future if you wanted to save them u can opt for a christmas scheme thing.. where they will send out in december each year allowing you to save!!?
Hope it all sorts out for you and you can get some re issued!!!

    Ah. Ok.

So perhaps if I say something along the lines of "no vouchers, communal post box, often things get lost" they might take pity on me and re-send? And then I can convert to Airmiles??

and in future i'm pretty sure you can request they automatically convert them to airmiles...I know of someone on PTS that was afforded this facility...but this may be a permanent exchange.

and if you do this before the end of March, you will get double miles for your first transaction if you havent previously converted,so try and sort this out before your February statement is due, and convert all together infirst transaction.

    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
