You have downloaded a Trojan that has installed a program to show the pop ups. Whatever you do, don’t login to anything sensitive. Online bank, credit card account as the Trojan could also install a program looking for login details. You need a home virus scanner. I use kaspersky which is good but not free. You could download the free trial which will work for a month and would get rid of the virus(s).

Best to also run both these free programs to make sure your pc is extra clean.

Scan with MalwareBytes - install, update, full scan, fix and post the log here. Then use HijackThis - full scan, don't fix anything, just post the log.0
