Alpine star so really this article is a waste of time

Well not really. The article has:

1)Updated us on the status of reclaiming.

2)Announced new legal arguments - obtained at Martin's own expense.

    3) Confirmed that the Campaign groups are working together.

    4) Advised us that, depending on the outcome of the OFT's announcement later this month, templates and instructions will follow.

    5) Told us that Martin took the time and trouble to meet with the OFT on our behalf to hear our concerns and encourage them to take their investigation forwards.

So hardly a waste of time IMO.

Any template letters and instructions will be dependent on what the OFT will announce.

We all need to wait for the OFT announcement, which should be relatively soon.

None of this is a waste of time, as said by Alpine Star. We can't afford to get this wrong as so much is at stake.

  • we cant get it wrong as we are right, the argument that is next put forward is just that,an argument through law, sometimes its perverse that who has the best argument on the day wins, regardless if they are just and right or not, whichever the case maybe,as stated previously about value from banks, bank charges are a detrement to society and have no value whatsoever for the british public, another reason the country is in such a pittyfull mess, take the peoples cash from the pockets and what are you left with, unhappy !!!!ed off people that become highly cinical and angry,id suggest there are millions of people out there that feel just that.from a population of 65 million ish people a fifth i guess are sick of banks and bankers, and many of them have been wrongfully taken for a ride by an institution that supposed to work alongside and with the population, when the people turn against its banks and government its a slippery slope that leads to a gradual eating away at the very essence that drives the wheels,
the banks know there time is up,they know they have to change, they just need a push.
missed direct debit charges, very odd, theres no pain so how come the big gain,i.e £39.00 for a letter

  • the changes ive seen arent worth reading the newspaper for, banks have had there happy times of free cash from the public purse in bank charges,i still love the way they bundle missed direct debit charges in with overdraughts, great smoke screen that one, anyway onwards forever onwards for change:beer:

Some might say this all sounds more like someone calling for a rematch against the current, undefeated champion ;)

Not really 'undefeated' seeing as the banks lost the first two court cases...

I'd say this was more like round 4
