Pipex becomes less and less impressive

signed up for pipex a few months back as it was one of the only ISPs giving 'uncapped' downloads, however they throttle p2p downloads massively, and as you can only check your bill online it is very frustrating that this facility is continually unavaialble due to 'technical' problems - not very impressed - be warned!

I signed up in May and have to admit the broadband is fine for my usage. But I also signed up for the free telephone calls and I'm hitting a brick wall trying to get it sorted out. Hopeless.0

I also signed up for the Pipex 1gb service, every month I get charged extra for more usage. I have been unable to view my invoice for four weeks now, due to constant technical problems. Very disappointed with service.0
