Barclays PPI claim still waiting for decision what to do next

hi all i was wondering if someone can answer my question,barclays have restructured my loan repayments so i can afford them as i have lost a couple of shifts at work.as they have cancelled my loan which i was paying £302.27 a month for and gave me a another loan in which i'll be paying £136 a month for i should be entitled to still reclaim the money i have paid in?0

I never did get the complaint to FOS however weird as it sound, I filled in the paper work from FOS and was about to head to post office wife rings me and say a letter from Barclays saying they will refund me PPI which comes to £6,0000
