I might just have to re-think my attitude to store cards if you can do this to them... I always thought you had to pay on the storecard then pay the bill like a credit card... if I can pay the amount across straight away then I might have to re-consider the possibility of getting one of these... So long as I can pay it off there and then in the shop 
As for harping on at people about debt then I used to be really ashamed about it etc... till I realised that everyone else is in the same boat but at least I am doing something about it! Let them call me weird behind my back as I leave - even if I only make ONE person think twice about getting credit they can't afford then it'll have been worth it! DFW Nerd #025DFW no more!
