Dispute with three mobile over cancelled contract

Hello all, hope someone can help.

Both myself and my girlfriend phone up three customer services on friday and asked for the cost of buying out out contract. We ar both on the same tariff and phone package, I had 10 months left, and she had 6 months.

I was told a cost of £84 for mine and £54 for hers, which we were both happy with. SO then, acting on their advise we took out a new contract(with cashback to hopefully come from quidco), we then phoned customer services back up to confirm we were leaving, and they then told us £120 and £79 respectively for buy out costs???

What can we do about this as we acted on their incorrect advise??
