Cancelling a new T-Mobile contract

I ordered a new T-mobile contract with phone on sat, but silly me should have rang o2 first to cancel they have just offered me a new iphone contract that is pretty good deal. Now my question is can I cancel my t-mobile contract as I ordered it by phone so does that give me 7 days from when it arrives to cancel?

    I would be inclined to called TMOB - I would say you're best doing this ASAP else you might be out of time.

    Arrange a return quickly and return it within 7 days, do it quick as its Christmas time and post could be delayed. They might not even have sent it out yet as you ordered on a Saturday.

    not sure how t mobile works but i now that with orange you have to call and advise them within 7 days that you want to return. they dont have to receive it within 7 days. If they had it that they need to receive it within 7 days then it will be almost impossible as if you call on the 2nd day then they need to send you a package for the return which would take another 2 - 5 days. then you got to post it back which will take another 2 - 5 days so you already out of the 7 days and then the returns department have to get it onot the system which can take anything upto 14 or 28 days.

    Make sure when you call to advise you wanna return it you take the name of the person you spoke to, his extension numebr if he has one, the date and time fo the call and also make sure he puts the comments on your account to state that you have called to get a return.
