  • Evening everyone

I just thought I would post what i managed to get done today - though i suppose it should be on the old thread - sorry

    I put the DW away
Also sorted out Mum's stuff that was also in there

So I now have 2 x large sacks full of old games
    1x bag of old books
2 x bags of brica brac

all to go the charity shop tomorrow - even if I have to go in my lunch hour.
I also did a pile of shredding and some filing.
Have folded a bit of washing and will take it upstairs with me. ( still a huge pile of it on the sofa - but hey ho - its been there fore ages so another few days will not hurt)

I think Toots is right I need to write a list so that I am focused as I am really busy at work - I have my regrading interview on Friday and I have lots of catching up to do!!

I am going to make a cup of tea and write the list when I get into bed in a minute - I will post tomorrow.

    Sleep well everyone!

    Tonight's list:
take birthday card and present to friend's DH - will have to be belated wishes
lots more washing and drying - done what I needed to do
put clothes away - made a start
get clothes ready for tomorrow - just about there
amazon order - this took me ages, therefore...
    school stuff - not done

    tomorrow then:
WM x2 (and finish tumble drying stuff from the airer)
    DW
    cook tea
    clear up after tea
    kitchen worktops and floor
    put clean bedding away
get presents and cards ready for school
start clearing DS1's stuff out of DS2's room, especially from under bed
remind DS2's teacher about Christmas card list
do more Christmas cards with DS2

    I think that's it.

Birthday wishes for all flyladies with special days tomorrow. :bdaycake:

Lots of 'good' luck vibes for LadyL and sexymouse. You both deserve the best news possible.

    Have a good week, everyone.
    Good night. x

But little Lord Jesus No crying He makes
I love Thee, Lord Jesus Look down from the sky

SGT - Thank you for the birthday wishes hon
fedup - I noticed on your list 'make feta'.. is that you making your own feta cheese, or just marinating normal feta a la Nigella?
Me - Gosh hon, no wonder you feel overwhelmed that is a lot to deal with. Big hugs.
    Sassi - Welcome back hon.
Greenbee - that cake is fabulous, thank you for sharing.
Just in case I am late getting on tomorrow I will also wish DIVA a very Happy Birthday too - I know its not quite what you want honey but we are all here and wishing you a lovely day xx :bdaycake::bdaycake:
hugs.gifThank you honey, it is very much appreciated. xx
Have opened my cards but not my presents as I will do that when my OH gets back from work at lunchtime. I will then also have to wear my sequined tiara with the ‘Birthday Princess’ badge on it that I have worn every birthday for about 10 yrs! No sign of Tris yet but our mutual friend is online and she says he might not be up to ringing or getting online as he is really not well.

    Off to find my list

    Hi All
I'm in again. The house looks like a bombsite - we had family over yesterday to help DD celebrate her birthday...hopefully it is only surface rubbish!

I've got a really easy week ahead of me, my sister visiting tomorrow and DS's 9 month check at the HV on Thursday. The rest of the time is mine (well, if you believe that you'll believe anything!).

Hope everyone is well...happy birthday to people celebrating, hugs to those who need one, and I'll see you all later...
    Take care

    Morning :hello:

I've literally whizzed through the first 5 pages this morning. Haven't taken much in to be honest. But I didn't want to come back later and find that I'm 10 pages or so behind.:o

Right this week I really must get my backside into gear!! Toots and Greenbee I need some nagging. So nag away to your hearts content!!;)

Busy this morning with work and errands to run. Miss Tag's school play this afternoon. So I won't be flying till later.

Have a good day all. Hugs all round and catch ya later!! xxx
