I never said in my first post that I had 2 copies,in fact I did not have any,but they still took 2 payments,so,If I go shopping at ASDA,pay at the checkout, and they then take the money twice, thats ok is it?Do I have to return all the goods in order to get my money back,I don't think so,it's very bad business, and has lost them at least 1 customer,as I expect they have done this to others as well.Oh well.Kawasaki z750 Rider!0

Nice, are you as rude in real life?
if you gibbered gibberish to me then yesHi,
I ordered a game online from ASDA,all ok,until the payment was taken TWICE!!They sent me an e-mail saying the would send me a sticker to put on the envelope to send it back,as it was their error,if they do not get the 2nd copy back they would keep the money,I told them to put the money back on my card ASAP,I did NOT ask for the second copy to be sent,I need the money on my card, not in their bank. What are my rights in this instance???Thanks.
you see here, where you talk about the 2nd copy? ESP is not available in HTML0 -
Right then, now we have cleared that one up.... if you receive a second copy, send it back, they will refund you, problem solved.
If you dont receive a second copy talk to your bank, get them to flag it up as a duplicate transaction, get money back, problem solved0 -
Incidentally, have both payments actually left your account? I seem to recall one time asda groceries pre authorised an amount for my groceries, then took the actual amount for the shopping without releasing the pre-authorised funds so it appeared like there were two transactions, until the bank/asda sorted themselves out and then there was only the one transaction a few days later. Something similar may have happened here0

Does it say anywhere that I actually received two copies? No,they charged me for two, money was taken for two off my card, with not 1 copy in my possession, they then threatened to keep the money if 1 copy was not returned,I only asked for 1,not 2,it was their error NOT MINE,hell, are some the posters on this topic half wits?I did in the end get 2 copies,1 was sent back,as asked, the money for the duplicate copy has as yet not been refunded, thank god I never used my debit card,as it would have meant the money for the 2nd copy would not have been available to me,as ASDA had taken it TWICE,without my consent.if you gibbered gibberish to me then yes

Did you post on this thread just to be obnoxious? Bad day or something? If you think he's rambling on about some random crap, why bother adding your non-constructive input?0
