I'm still feeling guilty tho... I hate criticising people/companies unless it is deserved. But in my defence, it did take a long time to come considering when it was ordered.

I have purchased from Doggie Style Store an item 17 days ago and nothing arrived yet.. also payed First Class Royal Mail delivery.
I have contacted them twice and also asked them for a tracking number but instead they told me they contacted Royal Mail and are waiting for a reply from them. Hope everything is going to be ok, but I'm not happy at all so far.

I ordered from here ages ago. paid something like £7 for delivery and it took ages. They wouldn't refund any delivery charges and the clothes I got were stinking-really musty, needed a good wash!

After one month and a half no delivery from this company. I wrote an email and they refunded the money yesterday.

I wish I had read this thread earlier. I have ordered a bow tie collar for my dog for a party. I have sent three messages now asking when the item will be dispatched, stating that I need it for a specific date. They haven't even bothered to reply, and the order tracker just says 'processing'. It won't arrive for the event now and I'm really cross with myself for ordering from a site that doesn't have a contact phone number - something I don't usually do.

I also wish I saw the warnings about this store. I ordered several items nearly 2 weeks ago and despite several emails which I've sent trying to locate my order, this company has still not responded.:mad:
I could not locate any phone number either.
Any advice?

I ordered something from there site still haven't received it they took the money fine no problem. Checked my bank today and they had set up a direct debit on my account to take quarterly:mad:. And I'm pretty shore that its illegal coz they didn't have my permission to do so. So I would be very careful about this site and I'm glad that I payed through paypal which they still have not refunded the money they took.:mad:

I ordered from this site in December and despite the company taking the money from my account 6 days before they claim to have despatched I still have not received the item I ordered. This was supposed to be a Christmas present they contacted Royal Mail on 5th and have had no further contact from them. Have chased them again today but they are ignoring my requests for a full refund. :mad:

Any ideas anyone??

After reading previous blogs I'll be checking my account to make sure they haven't made any attempt to take any further or future money from my account. :mad:

my advice to anyone thinking of using this site "STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM"

I ordered some non-slip socks for my very old arthritic dog who cant get up on laminate floors. That was on 20th January, its now Feb 6th and no socks and no reply from the sales email address. Nothing wrong with our post service. Ive searched everywhere for a phone number but no luck - has anyone else tried to get in touch with them?

Hi, has anyone else used this site.
I ordered a purple polychrome dog jumper is was £3.99 plus postage £2.99
I ordered the small size which stated that it was 8" for my chihuahua, when it came it was 10" much too big for my small chihuahua.
They said I could return it but I would have to pay the postage for their mistake.
I wanted to order it in the X small but the price had gone up from £3.99 to £19.50 I asked them could I order the x small still for £3.99 but no answer I have given them my phone numbers and asked for theirs, but nothing, I keep sending them messages and still nothing, also the jumper wasn't purple as stated.
It is so annoying there must be a law against this
