I'm so sorry if I have misled anyone...

This website looked the bo11ocks... and I recommended it on here.

I ordered Jim a Christmas outfit and a collar off of the site. I've still not received it. I ordered it on 24th November, I got an email to say that it had been 'posted' on 1st december. I chased it up last weekend and they said that they can't chase up Royal mail for ex amount of days, which meant they can't chase it until 22nd December - and I emailed back to say, well, that's not alot of good is it?.........

I hope that none of you have ordered from this site and having this blasted poor service. Nothing worse that a site set up and then not being able to deliver.........

I'm not going to criticise Royal Mail - as I ordered stuff via various sites last Sunday and I have received all of those orders, most by the Tuesday!

I can't understand how they took from the 24th Nov to Dec 1st to send it out and I still haven't received it. Very disappointed....

Again apologies to anyone who, on my recommendation, has ordered from them and like me, are waiting and waiting....

I hope they do eventually come

Thank you for that... I really don't like to 'rubbish' people - but it's been a long while. And for them to say it was posted on 1st Dec and they can't 'chase' it til 22nd Dec due to Royal Mail guide lines or whatever.... I find that really really unsatistactory.

I've ordered an Xmas outfit - if I can't get them to chase the order up until 22nd - then there is really little point in doing it - and, they have had my money for a few weeks now!

Sorry, wasn't meaning to be patronising to your post, just providing a bit of balance I'm not sure if they are a small family run company or what, maybe they are a bit overwhelmed at the moment?

Have you tried asking for a refund?

It turned up today........... its really brilliant and I feel bad now...

I'm just used to dealing with sites and getting the goods within a week unless they are out of stock....

RM don't count an item lost for 15 days so the company is trying to string you along before it can claim. There dealings with RM are nothing to do with you it is there responsibility to get the items to you if they cannot they should refund.

Personally i would be on the phone to them demanding a refund

Erm......... no.

I intend to get eldest to take pic's of Jim in all his attire and put them on here - will be after Christmas tho! Jim likes the look of his Christmas outfit - it has bobbles on it, and I can see that he is raring to attack it! He'll be wearing it for photo shoots only! :rotfl:

I don't own a camera... my mobile was brilliant but it won't save the pic's anymore??

If I had more time, life would be brilliant - I've only just had my dinner and bedtime is looming, get up for work etc...:o I would absolutely love to have more time to faff about!
