Since reapplying the correct settings have you since powered everything down and up again? (modem, then router, then computer):idea:0

hi all, managed at 2am this morning to get windows to recognise the the wireless network !! (enabled the settings in windows services to automatically start ... they were disabled) :j
Thanks as always for the input from everyone, once the router was reset and the router settings were adjusted sorting out the services did the job.
Shame that the squeezebox still struggles cos its a very nice piece of kit and the internet radio sounded great until the problems started.
once again thanks to everyone and if i don't bust anything else over this next fortnight have a great Xmas !! :A
